| Description: Back to School Bring a Friend Workshops: Bring a friend to the workshop and receive a $15 off voucher for your next class A body positive, playful overview of aerial dance for teens who are new or returning to aerial. Learn or review fundamental vocabulary on a variety of aerial apparatus, including single-point trapeze, lyra (hoop), and silks (aerial fabric). Develop your unique movement style through improvisation exercises and exchange. All students will be supported and challenged as we build strength, confidence, and community together. Apparatus will vary from week to week depending on the interests and skill levels of the students. No prerequisites. Instructor: TBD |
